Micropeen Shotblasting
This method of shot-blasting also known as Turbine or Wheel blasting is a mechanical blasting system that does not use an air supply. Instead, the media is accelerated to high speeds on a rotating “turbine” wheel and then directed onto the surface of the target object. The turbine wheel is provided with a number of fan blades to provide an even flow of material. In general steel shot is used with this equipment.

The shot blasting equipment shown can be supplied in a large variety of models and capacities, for example:

  • Hook type object handler

  • Belt type object handler

  • Rotary table type handler

  • Roller conveyor type handler

  • Tunnel type handler
